My elderly parents are moving out, and the (rude) superintendent said we have to 'wiggle' between a garbage bin and a blue bin in the garbage room to exit with all of their personal belongings. I couldn't believe this, so I called the owner, he was even ruder. He said I was not his tenant and he couldn't help me. In reality, there is a proper way to move out in a properly maintained building. There is a second elevator, currently not working (it's been a few months). At the back of this elevator is a rear door to outside. Unfortunately, no maintenance offered and no solutions. Disgraceful Treatment
